Number 21 is on the top floor of a five storey building just 20 minutes walk from the centre of town and its delightful palm tree lined promenade. There is an operational lift.

Number 21 is available to rent from late April to late October/early November.

Inside Space

The main room comprises of a small living room area with a settee, rugs, table and chairs and a wall mounted television at one end, and a well appointed kitchen area at the other. Number 21 is tiled throughout making it very cool underfoot. It is well maintained and appointed with a modern bath/shower room and small double bedroom (and small double bed). The kitchen area is supplied with all that is needed for a holiday stay including microwave, shelving, preparation area, radio, iron and ironing board, steel sink and draining board plus a good supply of pots/pans, cutlery, bowls and crockery.

There are built in wardrobes along one side of the living area.

The apartment has air conditioning.

Bedroom

The small double bedroom has a small double bed, bedside lights, small dressing table with mirror above, a chest of drawers plus additional clothes hooks for any extra clothing storage needed.

Pillows, sheets and a light bed cover are provided with the addition of pillow and mattress protection covers.

Bathroom

There is a small blue tiled bathroom with a shower, WC, wash basin with large mirror over it and with floor tiles throughout.

Outside Space

The apartment features two balconies. One leading off from the main room and the other leading off from the small separate double bedroom. Both balconies are accessible by large sliding doors.

The balconies measure approximately 30ft by 10ft and both sides have good views of the mountains and the sea. On one side there is a view of the Larnaca marina in the distance and there is light port daytime activity on both sides of the apartment.

Parking

If hiring a car during your stay, there is on-street parking directly outside the building.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Breaks are for 5 days. The minimum rental is 5 days.
  • Additional nights: April 27th - June 29th: £55 per night inclusive
  • Additional nights: June 29th - August 31st: £62 per night inclusive
  • Additional nights: August 31st - November 2nd: £55 per night inclusive
  • An additional deposit of £50 will be held against any damage in the flat. Refundable within two weeks after departure.
  • Booking fees are inclusive of energy and water.
  • If you wish to book outside of the above tariff dates please get in touch for a special arrangement.
