A one bedroomed apartment for two with two large balconies offering views of the sea and distant mountains - and only a short walk from central Larnaca
Number 21 is on the top floor of a five storey building (there is an operational lift) just 20 minutes walk from the centre of Larnaca town and its delightful palm tree lined promenade (called Finikoudes). There is often music and live entertainment ‘along the prom’, and in the town centre just a few minutes stroll away, there is plenty to see and experience around the town.
It is available to rent from late April to late October/early November
Number 21 is owned by Janet who was born and is based in Essex. Janet has been the owner of the flat for over twenty years.
The apartment has recently been completely renovated and she will often stay there in the winter months herself.
She says: "I just love Cyprus with its friendly people that have English as their second language, beautiful weather, excellent beaches and delicious food choices. It is a small island to visit and explore and I hope that the flat will enable you to enjoy Cyprus at its best".
If you wish to contact Janet and discuss Number 21 and its options then please call 07854 015906.
The Best Mediterranean Weather
Larnaca lies at one of the lowest altitude points - with elevation just one metre above sea level. The weather in Larnaca is influenced by the nearby sea making summers here less hot than inland Cyprus.
July is the hottest month in Larnaca with an average temperature of 27°C (80°F) and the coldest is January at 12°C (53°F) with the most(12) daily sunshine hours in July. The wettest month is December with an average of 90mm of rain. The best month to swim in the sea is in August when the average sea temperature is 30°C (86°F).
It begins to warm up in April and cool down again in late October - although this is still a very pleasant 21 degrees C/70 degrees F.
